Our progressive bar program is centered around a comprehensive collection of Italian amari, aperitifs, digestives and fernets. In addition to a revolving drink menu, Herb & Bitter features seasonal classics and staff created cocktails with unique and rare beer that rotates often.
With seasonal small plates and desserts, Herb & Bitter Public House's overall menu concept is diverse and eclectic. Incorporating world flavors and drawing from an array of cuisines, our dishes are scratch-made with as many local, and sustainable ingredients as possible; taking into consideration dietary needs such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan.
